Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)*
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, directing calls and providing information about our auto body repair services
- Customer Service: Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner. Assisting customers with estimate requests, helping customers file insurance claims, vehicle intake process (check-in) and delivery (checking out customers / collecting payment)
- Follow up with customers to book repairs and update customers with vehicle repair status
- General office tasks: Filling and scanning, ordering supplies, upkeeping of office and waiting area
- Administrative tasks: Calling insurance adjusters to confirm coverage, follow up on supplement approvals, and payments
- Computer skills: Must work well with Microsoft Word, shop management software, basic Excel, and composing Emails
- Entry level accounts payable: Match invoices with statement and pay vendors; follow up with vendors on return credits (Training will be provided)
- Check-in vehicles and take before & after photos of repairs
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Previous work experience in body shop is preferred but not a must
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
