Role Summary:
The Omnichannel Planning & QA Supervisor oversees various aspects of media strategy, activation, and QA to ensure consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness for paid media efforts throughout the department. This role requires a deep understanding of various media channels, such as Digital (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic) and Traditional (Print, OOH, Trade) and cross functional collaboration with vertical media leads, client engagement, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy & Planning Development: Develop and implement omnichannel media strategies that align with client audiences, goals, and objectives. This includes identifying and presenting a plan that clearly outlines a path to growth.
  2. Develop & Assess QA Processes: Design, review, implement, and continuously improve QA processes and standards for media authorizations, activations, and client billing.
  3. QA Reporting: Analyze QA data and buy details to identify areas of concern. Generate reports and insights to inform internal stakeholders across the departments to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  4. Tools & Tech: Leverage tools like MediaOcean, Smartsheets, Tableau, and MediaTools flowcharts to streamline the QA process, capture data accurately, and generate actionable insights. Stay updated on emerging platform enhancements and best practices to enhance QA effectiveness.
  5. Risk Mitigation : Track and report errors to omni lead, client engagement, and finance. Provide a detailed summary of what happened, why it happened, and what we're working on to prevent it from happening again.
  6. Training & Development : Provide training opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in planning, execution, and accountability.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
  2. 7 years of experience in roles involving omnichannel media strategy development, channel planning, activation, and campaign reconciliation.
  3. Deep understanding of paid media traditional and digital channels.
  4. Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions for addressing challenges.
  5. Analytical Skills:Strong mathematical skills with ability to identify and interpret data quickly.
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
