Job Title: Amada LCG3015AJ 6KW Fiber Laser with Automation Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced individual for a Laser Setup Operator. This position is responsible for operating the Amada laser equipment and ASFH3015-10P (10 Shelf Tower Automation) to produce finished products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and work to all QMS procedures and work instructions
• Ability to understand purpose and functionality of component being inspected.
• Works effectively in other areas of department of company (cross trained).
• Performs paperwork requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Conducts pre and final part inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance on laser equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Setup and perform all laser operations.
• Position Requirements:
• Must be able to program and layout parts for cutting
• Must be able to identify different types of sheet metal
• Experience running and programming Amada 6K Laser and Automation.
• Must be detail oriented, punctual, and a team player.
• Must be able to interpret and read blueprints.
• Must be able to be on his/her feet for 8-10 hour shift and stamina to separate parts from the skeletons
• Must be able to work safely and follow safety rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
