Apply today! Visiting Angels has an immediate opening for a full-time afternoon-evening scheduler/office support with great potential for growth. Must be kind, compassionate, dependable, have professional phone etiquette and customer service skills and loves problem solving. Also requires accurate data entry skills. Caregiver experience is a plus but not required. One weekend per month is required & one overnight during the week to monitor phones (remote from home). This person will join our office staff and help coordinate rapidly changing events on a day-to-day basis. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We never close. You must present an updated resume during your interview.

Visiting Angels provides daily living assistance to seniors which includes companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, performing errands and transportation to doctor appointments. The scheduler's responsibiliy will be to accurately schedule clients visits with appropriate caregiver.

Afternoon/Evening Scheduler/Office Support Requirements:

• Work afternoons/evenings 11 :30 am - 8 pm, Monday - Friday
• General computer knowledge
• Work under pressure
• Problem solver
• Multitasking
• Handle our after hours phones (overnight) one night per week and one weekend per month (overnight)
• Work without supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Team player
• Comfortable with mobile apps
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check
