Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for early childhood education.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs or learning difficulties.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among children.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.
- Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and educational games.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child welfare and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Experience in tutoring or providing academic support to young children.
- Understanding of special education principles and inclusive teaching methods.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math concepts into daily activities.
- Knowledge of curriculum development for early childhood education programs.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
