POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Coordinator will lead Twenty & Creek’s online presence through our website and digital advertising channels. This role may manage contractors to execute social media and other marketing materials.

You are passionate about what you do, and have a desire to mix creativity with strategy. You have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and social media management.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Twenty & Creek to drive event bookings.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO initiatives, optimize content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic visibility.
• Manage and execute social media campaigns, blog posts, email newsletters, text campaigns, promotional materials, and grow new channels, as needed.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and venue coordinators to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage influencer marketing relationships and projects.
• Job will require some work onsite, as well as the opportunity to work from home.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years in marketing, communications, or related field. 
• Samples of previous work, showing either Google Analytics, Google Search Tools, Meta Business Manager, social media campaigns, or a mix.
• Creative thinker with keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Must attend weekly team meetings and available to attend events, as needed, for photo and video assets.
