Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the daily operations within parameters of established policies and procedures and in keeping with the philosophy and mission of the organization. We are company founded on a strong set of values.
• Ensure the community meets financial objectives
• Marketing the facility within the community to maintain and grow census.
• Supervise and direct the work activity of employees. Create and maintain a high level of resident and employee satisfaction.

Education:

• Preferably a degree in health care administration, business, nursing or related field.

Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in management and supervision preferred.
• Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Desire to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent references and a strong work ethic
• Must be 18 or older

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
