Farmers Market Vendor

Our headquarters are in the Garden Grove/Anaheim area, but you'll need to commute to farmers markets in Los Angeles, Orange County, and potentially San Diego.

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Farmers Market Vendor to join our team. The Farmers Market Vendor will be responsible for driving to the assigned farmers market location for the day, setting up the booth, interacting with customers, promoting our products, and processing sales transactions. This position requires weekend availability and the use of your own vehicle for transportation.

**Responsibilities:**
- Drive to the assigned farmers market location for the day, ensuring timely arrival and setup of the booth.
- Set up and arrange products in an attractive and organized manner, following company guidelines and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about our products, answering questions, and offering samples.
- Actively promote our products to drive sales and achieve performance targets.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using the provided equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth throughout the day, including restocking products and disposing of waste.
- Break down the booth at the end of the day, ensuring all equipment and inventory are properly stored and secured.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

**Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (own vehicle required).
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sales experience and customer service skills are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to upholding company standards and values.
