We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst in our Servicing Department. This is a full-time position in our Oshkosh office.
The Portfolio Analyst works closely internally with the Servicing and Loan Officer teams and externally with our banking partners and SBA. The Portfolio Analyst supports the Servicing team and is responsible for reports and analyzing trends within the loan portfolio and industry and market trends. The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for monitoring the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with SBA requirements as well as identifying changes in portfolio or borrower trends, including monitoring monthly payments, payoff requests and liquidation activities. The analyst will routinely perform risk assessments and monitor emerging problem loans for individual borrowers as well as process servicing requests for borrowers to ensure the loan is in full compliance with SBA regulations throughout the life of the loan. Servicing requests may include processing ownership changes, adding guarantors, assumptions, release of collateral, etc. Responsibilities include assisting with SBA 7(a) projects including application and liquidation packages as needed.

A successful candidate will be highly organized, self-disciplined, and demonstrate accountability. Specific experience in commercial loan documentation, commercial real estate financing, and/or SBA loans is highly desired. Associate degree in finance or business field is preferred. Position open for various levels of experience, wage equal with experience.
