The Title Clerk works under the supervision of the Office Manager and is responsible for various office activities and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following, and other duties assigned or as needed.

  • Process all RD108’s, MSO’s or clear titles, proof of insurance, special mailer (if required), and payment to Secretary of State
  • Type finance contract and extended warranties & submit documents with payment
  • Process online titles
  • Entering purchase orders and set up vendors for invoice in Accounts Payable
  • Purchase trucks from invoice and files daily
  • Process and organize all truck files after filing invoices, R.O.’s, etc.
  • Clean and prepare truck file for storage at year end
  • Send out Fed-Ex / UPS packages
  • Receiving of trucks and key tags
  • Updating unit Info for truck files
  • Order office supplies
  • Cover the telephones while the cashier at lunch or out of the office.
  • Process payments for sales in the cashier’s office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least year of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to travel to local Secretary of State office and submit to a criminal background check and drug screen clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
