Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical setting.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinating patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Assist with clinical care such as assisting with minor procedures
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
