Job Description:

Fast growing civil litigation law firm has an opening available for a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3 years California federal and state litigation experience. Experience must be related to heavy court filing, written discovery template preparation, calendaring responsibilities and other work for the firm's attorneys, paralegals and law clerks. Full-Time position with hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Position requires excellent administrative, organizational and calendaring skills.
• Sufficient knowledge of federal and state court filing rules, procedures and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding team oriented environment.
• Preferred background that includes experience working on matters covering labor, employment and business litigation.
• Excellent typing and computer skills needed with specific knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and legal document management system.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 3 years of Legal Secretary experience.
