Job Description :

We are seeking an Apprentice Trainee that is interested in pursuing a career in appliance service with Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove independent partner.

As an Apprentice Trainee, you will receive paid training and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our appliances.

You will work closely with experienced technicians and gain valuable knowledge about our products, industry standards, and customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the company's training program to learn about our products, services, and procedures
• Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove appliances
• Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with appliances
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Complete invoicing and service related payments online
• High level customer service and communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
