Job Description
We are currently seeking a Labor Apartment Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE!!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Routine cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lobby, and stairwells.
- Repairing and maintaining fixtures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Painting walls and touch-up work.
- Handling requests for repairs from tenants.
- Performing regular inspections for safety and maintenance issues.
- Landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
- Pest control measures.
- Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections.
- Responding to emergencies such as floods or power outages promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
