Greenbrook TMS is seeking a Social Media Specialist to work closely alongside the Strategic Development Department to promote all aspects of the business through effective social media initiatives hosted on, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and others. We are looking for a candidate that has knowledge on the management of these platforms and feels comfortable to create organic content themselves and to be featured on our accounts.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Creating and administering content on all social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
• Monitoring site and metrics to create a proactive creative model.
• Developing a social media strategy to increase our online presence and work alongside the strategic development department to achieve these goals.
• Develop a social media content calendar and workflow to share proposed content with stakeholders.
• Generate creative briefs and pitches to align with proposed content strategy.
• Provide thought leadership on social media best practices.
• Report on relevant social media KPI’s for leadership team.
• Work alongside external marketing agency to support their execution of marketing strategy in a timely manner.
• Follow and enact brand and health safety and sensitivity guidance.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel, which will be necessary in creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, and similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 years relevant work experience.
• Strong writing and grammar skills, proofreading and copywriting abilities.
• Knowledgeable on Associated Press Stylebook (AP Style).
• A creative and strategic thinker, having exceptional attention to detail, be highly organized, highly methodical, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with self-motivation and proactivity.
• Experience working with healthcare and/or behavioral health a bonus.
