Quality Control Associate
Location: Vernon, CA | Full-time
Available Shifts:
AM Shift: 4AM - 12:30PM
PM Shift: 12:30PM - 9PM
We are currently seeking Quality Control Associates to join our Warehouse team in Vernon, CA.
The Quality Control Team is responsible for inspecting all outgoing packages fulfilled by our stylists and delivered to our customers. This job requires high attention to detail, on the spot training, and accurate data entry.
How it works:
Our customers fill out a style profile that our stylists fill packages based off of. This profile includes customers’ sizes, color preferences and opt outs. Once a stylist fulfills a package it is the QC associate’s responsibility to check the package against the style profile ensuring the apparel matches the customer’s preferences and does not include any items they opted out of.
What your day will look like:
Checking over 250 packages a day for any discrepancies, communicating to stylists on the spot if a package does not meet the customer’s requirements and filling out quality control data for each package.
Our Ideal candidate:
We are looking for detail oriented individuals who are used to working in a fast paced environment and are computer proficient.
Responsibilities:
- Quality check 250 packages a day
- Read through customers’ profiles and historical data
- Count items and ensure they meet the requirements for each package tier
- Check product for any damages/quality issues
- Input QC results for each package within our database
- Communicate to stylists when an item does not match a customer’s profile
- Discuss with leads any recurring issues
- Assist with keeping the production area clean
- Ensure every package going out is of the highest quality
Requirements:
