Qualifications / Expectations

1. An organized mature grownup
you take good notes, name and store files properly, and habitually check your own work before sending...Messy workers need not apply. You'll stay late occasionally when needed, you don't show-up Monday hungover, you always do your research (your creative director doesn't have to teach you about every client and the style you're working in). Of course, no one is perfect and everyone is a work in progress but these are the items that hold so many back.

2. You can see yourself buying into the mission and culture at UNITEE, and you're capable of doing the work

3. Ability to handle logo design, illustration, and some production level artwork primarily using Adobe Illustrator in a fast-paced, competitive environment

• Capable of creating new designs efficiently from scratch when needed
