- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- Federal Criminal History Clearance (Act 114)
- Act 168 Clearances
- Tuberculosis Test reflecting negative results
- PA Standard Application
- Résumé & Cover Letter
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, not required
