The candidates should feel comfortable working, interacting, and engaging the residents within the nursing home, independent living, and assisting living setting.
What You Need To Do:
- Assist residents with their personal care activities
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report their condition to the nurse supervisor
- Maintain patient care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support
- Proven working experience of at least 3 within the geriatric environment
- Current PA CNA certification
- CPR certification
- Current Pre-employment physical
- Flu shot/ Vaccination card
- Current TB/QuantiFERON/PPD shot
- Drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- High school degree
