Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Composite Assembler to join our team. As a Composite Assembler, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to composite manufacturing including fabricating and assembling composite materials using various hand tools and machinery. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, Cut, shape, and trim composite materials using hand tools and power tools.
  • Arrange layers of composite fiber in a sequence layup using a matrix of resin and hardener
  • Assemble composite parts according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
  • Bond composite materials as required.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Package finished products according to specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications.
  • Operate machines to cut, bend or shape composite parts.
  • Rotate through required tasks in the production process.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in composite manufacturing or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and
