Job Description:
As a Barback at The District Tap, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar. You'll work closely with our bartenders and servers to maintain a clean and organized bar area, replenish supplies, and assist in the preparation of beverages. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, clearing empty glasses, and changing kegs.
• Monitor and replenish ice, garnishes, and other bar essentials throughout shifts.
• Ensure that all glassware and utensils are clean and ready for use.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be at least twenty-one years old.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
