Job description:
Our new hire will work alongside our patient coordinator team in an office environment, responsible for data entry, calling, and scheduling patients to receive their Annual Wellness Exam through our Medical Assistants and Mid-Level Practitioners team.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Qualifications and Skills:
-Excellent Customer Service Skills.
-Excellent Interpersonal skills.
-Excellent Communication skills.
-Tech Skills (E-mailing, Excel, Google Maps, Dropbox, etc.)
-Positive and outgoing attitude.
-Multitasking Skills.
-Must be Responsible and Reliable.
-Call Center Representative/ Receptionist/ Dispatching/ Telemarketing experience is a Plus .
-Spanish is a MUST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
