We are looking for a Building Manager to help take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Job starts at $18 with a dollar raise after 90 days. Good attendance and prior supervising experience are a must

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Restrooms, Locker Rooms, Showers, dust, collect trash etc.
• Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Manage a staff of 3
• Nightly walk throughs
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner/Manager
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity

Hours Monday through Friday 8:30pm to 12:00am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
