What’s In It for You?

We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Refrigeration Technician who is looking to jump start a career in the hvac/refrigeration field. As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you will begin working with the manager and be introduced to several pieces of equipment. You will inspect and clean equipment and learn all the equipment components. As you gain confidence working with beverage and hot food equipment, you will ride alongside our service technicians. We will provide on the job training, you’ll be responsible for independent learning assignments, attend manufacturer training classes, and participate in-house training classes with our Service Manager. EPA certification is a plus!

Once the training period is completed and you have demonstrated your proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment you will transition to a role as a Reactive Service Technician. There are many opportunities for advancement for the individual focused on learning and providing excellent customer service.

Candidates will be contacted for two job interviews and will be asked to provide 3-character references in addition to the following:

Preventative Maintenance Technician Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Must be able to work well with other technicians and office staff

Climb ladders up to 24 ft., lift 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions

Hold a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
