- Prepare designs and project deliverables for mechanical and plumbing systems
- Remain responsive
- Exceed client expectations
- Meet multi-disciplinary objectives
- Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements
- Define project scope
- Coordinate on project proposals
- Provide construction administration services
- Project management experience in the design of mechanical systems (HVAC and Plumbing)
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team to complete project deliverables while exceeding client expectations
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit BIM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
- Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated previous success with project design from inception to completion
- Fieldwork will be expected and require interaction with client personnel
- LEED Accredited Professionals.
- Experience with Educational and Telecommunications facilities
- nterest in sustainable design practices and developing firm’s sustainable marketability
