Job Description
  • Patient Check In / Patient Check Out
  • Handle high volume incoming calls
  • Schedule New Patient Appointments & Existing Patient Appointments
  • Schedule Office Procedures
  • Collect Copays/Deductibles/Coinsurance/Balances
  • Obtain New Patient Referrals
  • Complete Prescription Authorizations
  • Refill Medications 
  • Complete patient referrals for therapy, imaging, and other services as required
  • Room Patients, complete vitals and document EMR (E-Clinical Works)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Benefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Medical Assistant training (Preferred )
Experience:
  • Medical Office Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Vital Signs Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • EMR Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
