Overview:

Responsibilities:

-Create custom apparel on site under the designer instructions

-Change mannequins, upload and manage online store

-Social media posting and management

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy store environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales goals
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
