Position:

Part Time IT / AV Assistant

Description:

The Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point is currently seeking an experienced assistant for our IT/AV department.

Responsibilities:

• Application Development
• Technical Support
• Workstations builds & setups
• Server maintenance & administration, some network knowledge
• A/V setups and maintaining equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum formal education of high school diploma with some IT or A/V training.
• Good oral and written skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to pass a drug screening test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to comprehend and maintain existing and new technologies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
