As a retail associate, you will be expected to display leadership with passion, energy, and integrity as a representative of both Triton and Retro City Threads.

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Operate the Shopify point-of-sale register
Provide a positive, motivating, and fun workplace for customers
Keep all racks stocked
Ensure the store is presentable and clean
Receive, stock, and merchandise all incoming garments
Ensure storage unit and storage closet is organized and easily countable

Schedule:
Beginning in March, the store will be open for all Lakepoint events every weekend (Saturday - Sunday) through the end of July. Some events are longer (4-5 days), with the five national championship events lasting up to five days.

The minimum hours per day is 5 hours, while the maximum hours per day is 8 hours. Scheduling is flexible..

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
Solid understanding of baseball
Daily problem solver

Must possess excellent:

Pay: $15.00 per hour
