Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide medical care to patients, focusing on promoting health and managing chronic illnesses. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary.
- Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Provide care in a clinic setting as well as Telehealth visits.

Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine.
- Proficient in medication administration and management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Alabama
