Strive For Independence is a small business in Mentor, OH. Our goal is to Help individuals with developmental disabilities improve quality of life and be as independent as possible.

What you will do:

You will be helping people in their homes, helping them stay as independent as possible.
We help people with their personal care, medications, and household tasks, but it is so much more than that.

We are a voice for our people, letting them guide us in what is important to them.

We keep them safe but allow them to be themselves.

We take them out into the world and let them experience it for themselves.
