Description: Regional Sales – Specialty Pharmacy Genefic Specialty Rx, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to grow pharmacy business and revenues, by identifying and selling its services to prescribing physicians and clinics. Cultivate and maintain relationships with prescribing physicians and their staff. Position Title: Territory Manager-Specialty Medicine: Infusions & Biologics Specialist Position Type: Direct Hire Full Time Location: Louisiana Job Duties:
Promote the company’s Specialty Medicine and Patient Service offerings through effective interactions with health care providers, staff, manufacturer partners and organizations to increase patient referrals and provide solutions
Stay current with the activities of health care providers and institutions within a specific geographic area. Research clinical data and be prepared to discuss with health care professionals
Effectively coordinate and execute presentations about the organization and its service and program offerings to potential referral sources
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Serves and protects the Pharmacy by adhering to professional standards, company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and accreditation standard of care
Stay current with the territory’s competition and activities and provide reports to the management team
Attends local, community and national events as needed by the Company
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required education, training and/or professional experience:
Prior sales experience with a Specialty Manufacturer of Specialty Pharmacy strongly preferred
