Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling transactions.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with shipping and receiving processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales events.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Available to work 20-24 hours a week
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
