**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Must be well skilled, this is NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION!
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives and packaging equipment
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a bakery, restaurant, or catering setting
