Responsibilities:

Inbound:

• Respond to inbound calls and assist candidates seeking various contractor licenses in the United States.
• Address emails and text messages from existing leads and students.

Outbound:

• Initiate outbound calls to candidates pursuing contractor licenses, offering our valuable assistance.
• Contact new and existing leads through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed call notes.
• Schedule call-backs and follow-ups.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve our sales script and enhance the sales process.
• Effectively educate and promote our courses to prospective students.
• Handle inbound phone inquiries and respond promptly to email inquiries.
• Direct customer service calls to the appropriate department.
• Upsell opportunities from website online purchases.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Call center experience preferred
• Proven track record in phone sales
• All our calls are warm leads; we focus on providing solutions that meet genuine needs.

Pay: $47,079.41 - $56,697.78 per year
