o Utilizes positive verbal tone while speaking with patients/customers in person or on the telephone.
o Answers telephones, schedules appointments, and handles front-office responsibilities as needed.
o obtaining, verifying and recording health history of patients
o Assists physician with examinations
o Documenting assessments, interventions, patient/family responses, medication
o Familial with Prior authorization and HMO
Education & Experience Required:
