Front desk office/Medical Assistant for medical office in Orange County

2 years' experience

private practice office

Specialty: Internal Medicine

See patient 3 days a week in the office.

2 days a week answer and schedule the patient.

Full-time job

HOURS: 40 Hours per week

Pay: $22- $26 per hours base on the experience

LOCATIONS: laguna hills/ Irvine

Job responsibilities include:

o Utilizes positive verbal tone while speaking with patients/customers in person or on the telephone.
o Answers telephones, schedules appointments, and handles front-office responsibilities as needed.
o obtaining, verifying and recording health history of patients
o Assists physician with examinations
o Documenting assessments, interventions, patient/family responses, medication

o Familial with Prior authorization and HMO

Education & Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical assistant (MA) certificate required
  • Qualified candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, must be able to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, and effectively communicate and interact with diverse
