Title: Part-Time Security Guard and Customer Service Representative for Luxury Apartment Complex
Location: The Charles at Bexley
Salary: $18 per hour
Hours: 5pm-1am on Saturday and Sunday
We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Security Guard and Customer Service Representative for our Luxury Apartment Complex. As a Security Guard and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the property and monitor activity to ensure safety and security
- Respond to resident requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate entrance to the property for residents and authorized visitors
- Create work orders for maintenance and repairs as needed
- Attend residential events and serve as a representative of the complex
- Act as a liaison between apartment administration and contractors/emergency officials after business hours
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Inbound emergency maintenance calls
- Maintain cleanliness of the worksite
- Provide quality customer service to all residents and visitors
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition to carry out the duties of the job
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in security and/or customer service preferred
