Crew Lead/Manager

We are a highly collaborative team that is laser-focused on efficiently achieving results and providing quality and creative event installations. The Crew Lead/Manager will be a key player to the company’s success by creating and upholding operational processes, being kind, thoughtful and a dependable team player.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
● Act as on-site Event Lead, working with crew to build all stage sets and decor according to renderings and floor plans, and coming up with creative solutions if issues arise.
● Interact with clients and vendors during events in a professional manner to ensure smooth set-up and breakdown, as well as managing any last minute changes or issues on-site.
● Hire Crew and implement crew training by developing a thorough training program for all crew and warehouse staff.
● Ensure quality standards of all decor and custom pieces prior to going on a job, and as they return from events.
● Hold crew members accountable for ensuring all SLDG policies are followed, and report any problems to the Manager.
● Create systems to maintain organization in the warehouse and keep up-to-date, detailed inventory using internal platforms.
