Loveland HealthCare is currently hiring a FT Housekeeping Supervisor.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will manage and schedule the Housekeeping/Laundry department. Comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. Cooperate with other departments when coordinating activities to ensure that residents’ total regimen is maintained. Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies. Develop and maintain a good working rapport with departmental staff, as well as staff in other departments within the facility, to ensure that services meet the needs of the residents. Ensure that the facility’s Human Resources policies are followed and administered in a consistent manner. Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the department.

Responsible for covering call offs. May include some weekends as needed.

Position is hourly FT 40 hours weekly.
