Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail to advance their career. Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations - Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service - Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability - Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - Previous experience in store management or assistant management role - Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team - Proficient in retail math calculations - Solid understanding of recruiting and interviewing techniques - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities - Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
