Overview:
Talmi Entertainment is seeking a skilled and experienced contractor to provide live event booking services for two major tours: the Swan Lake tour in April/May 2026 and the Venjent tour in May 2025. The contractor will also take on additional roles for the Venjent tour, including Promoter Representative and Production Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Duties:

• Provide live event booking services for the Swan Lake and Venjent tours.
• Record all booking results and related information in the Talmi Entertainment Google Drive.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information related to Talmi Entertainment and its productions.

2. Specific Duties for Swan Lake Tour:

• Commence booking activities upon execution of the agreement.
• Complete booking activities by March 1, 2025.
• Ensure tickets for the Swan Lake tour go on sale seven months before the first performance date.

3. Specific Duties for Venjent Tour:

• Commence booking activities upon execution of the agreement.
• Complete booking activities by September 1, 2024.
• Ensure tickets for the Venjent tour go on sale on October 1, 2024.

4. Additional Roles for Venjent Tour:

• Promoter Representative:
• Act as the main contact with venues.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Represent Talmi Entertainment on-site at key performances.
• Production Coordinator:
• Manage technical requirements, backline, logistics, travel, hotels, and crew coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in live event booking and management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with technical and logistical aspects of event production.
• Experience in negotiating with venues and coordinating marketing efforts.

Compensation:

• A fee for services rendered will be provided. Payment frequency and amount will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process.

Additional Information:

• Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Talmi Entertainment.
• This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Pay: From $625.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
