Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores is a state-of-the-art senior living community in Gulf Shores, AL. Our community offers retirees spacious, well-appointed independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residences, and a wide variety of amenities and services designed to allow our seniors and their loved ones to live life to the fullest.

We are seeking a Director of Residence Services that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

Rate of pay: Starting at $60,000.00 annually depending on experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LPN Licensure
• Must have compassion, sensitivity, and desire to work with the elderly
• Possess skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and other customers.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Be punctual with a good attendance record.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
