We are looking for personable, smiling faces that have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver the best craft beer experience in Huntsville. This is not just a job...it's a passion and we're looking for people who want to learn and be a part of a great team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for welcoming and interacting with guests in a positive and friendly manner
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide table service to our guests
- Assist guests with retail and packaged beer and wine selections
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Keep retail shelves stocked and organized
- Maintain a clean environment for guests and employees
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Craft Beer knowledge is preferred but not required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of craft beer styles and basic wine knowledge
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the restaurant clean, stocked and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
