Superior Home Services, Inc. offers in-home residential services throughout Michigan’s lower peninsula. We are looking for a full-time Call Center Associate to join our remote team. **Candidates must reside in the state of Michigan.**

This position is full-time Monday – Saturday and shifts range between 8 am – 8 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract potential customers by pleasantly answering their questions and recommending the appropriate service.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Entering customer, job, and service notes.
• Confirming customer appointments.
• Responding to voice messages and emails.
• Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate person/department.
• Using a variety of greetings and scripted responses during phone calls.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong phone skills and etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Some typing skills (30 words per minute)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
