We are looking for a CNC Laser Machine Operator with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail to join the Team! If you enjoy working with your hands and have experience with CNC Laser machine operating and troubleshooting flat lasers, then we encourage you to apply. CNC Laser Operators machine experience is a must.
CNC Laser Operator Position Details:
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3 pm-1:30 am 10hrs shift overtime of Friday
Eligible for $2.00/hr. shift premium!
Pay Range: $18-25/hrs Depends upon experience and shift schedule
Key Responsibilities of the CNC Laser Machine Operator:
Read and interpret flat blueprints
Perform safe operation of flat lasers
Log job information accurately into computer
Pull and coordinate parts for transport as needed
Perform quality checks on parts
Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning assignments as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications for the CNC Laser Machine Operator:
Must have high school / GED or similar.
Experience running flat lasers or equivalent schooling and work experience is preferred, but not a must.
Must demonstrate a high level of critical thinking, eye/hand coordination, and manual dexterity; possess a mechanical aptitude.
Must have some exposure to flat blueprint readings.
Must have the ability to read/write and understand both verbal and written work instructions, work orders, and customer specifications.
Basic math and measurement skills using tools such as calipers, gauges, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be able to continuously stand, use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, tools, or controls
Must be able to continuously sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
