Position Summary: Taylor Hollow Construction is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to assist the Director of Construction as needed to successfully execute projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget. This site supervisor position will have a mix of management work and direct work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in all aspects of framing
• Proficient with all necessary power tools
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Company Representation:

• Represent Taylor Hollow Construction and ACME Panel (our sister company) ethically, responsibly, and with heart. As a local contractor in a small town we focus on building our community through our work.

Ownership of Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction site from planning to close-out
• Provide a positive can-do attitude to crew and help identify when an employee is not working effectively
• Work together with subcontractors, supervisors, and inspectors to ensure company procedures and standards are executed on schedule
• Be able to complete/provide all paperwork expected by supervisor

• Motivate the team and set the pace

Workmanship with Subcontractors:

• Effective communication and planning with subcontractors
• Willingness to enforce rules and standards with employees and subcontractors

• Possess problem solving skills in the trade
• Have competence and follows instructions well
• Know which employees to use on different jobsites and tasks
• Recognize when assistance is needed and use the company resources accordingly

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
