Job Overview:

As a Front Desk/Birthday Party Coordinator, you will be the face of Safari Run, ensuring each patron feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve interacting with parents and children, handling inquiries, and coordinating birthday parties to perfection.

Work Schedule Availability:

Weekdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Hours: 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions confidently
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer operations (POS systems, email, Microsoft Word/Excel, Publisher, Internet)
• Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with both kids and adults
• Willingness to perform light cleaning tasks, including play structure and bathroom checks

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist patrons
• Manage email and phone inquiries promptly
• Work independently to ensure smooth operations
• Address guest and employee concerns professionally
• Perform light cleaning duties as required
• Maintain high energy levels and engage with diverse individuals
• Be agile and responsive to changing needs

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19-20/hour Tips (good)
