JOB TITLE: Job Coach-Summer Youth Work Experience

JOB STATUS: Part-time; Seasonal_ June 25-August 1st, 2024_

PAY: $17.00 per hour

NO TRANSPORTING OF STUDENTS

If so, we offer a challenging and invaluable opportunity for well qualified and exceptionally sincere Summer Employment candidates to provide small group pre-vocational mentoring, coaching and instruction, to eligible program participants, ages 14-21.

Summer Youth Work Experience Job Coaches- Provide real-world orientation to work and vocational training in small groups, of up to 2 students. The Job Coach is present at all times during the scheduled 20-hour work weeks. Students are provided the opportunity to learn what is expected of teen workers, who are typically employed in these environments (mostly retail sites). The Job Coach is there to provide support, mentoring and direct coaching to assist the individuals with maximizing their potential. The students’ participation, and their results, would be documented in their Individual Education Plans as well as their Individualized Plan for Employment.

WORK SCHEDULE: Job site will be in Vermilion, Ohio 44089

Monday through Thursday 9am-2:30pm, June 24-August 1st., 2024. OFF WEEK OF JULY 22ND.
