Overview:
Rotating equipment distributor and packager in Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, and Nebraska is looking for a Repair Shop Service Advisor / Coordinator for our Sycamore, IL office. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Job Responsibilities:

-Check in equipment for repair and prepare a repair file

-Review disassembly / inspection notes , equipment condition and write up Repair Quote for the customer

-Coordinate component orders

-Communicate with customers on status of repair

-Coordinate with outside service providers as needed

-Communicate internally with salesmen, technicians, customer service and management.

-Develop and Maintain repair costing file from start to finish

Candidate Requirements:

-High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

- 2 or 4 year degree preferable or equivalent mechanical skills

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Detail Oriented

-Strong Computer skills

-Prior Machinery repair experience is preferable

-Excellent mechanical skills and Aptitude is required

-Use of Precision measurement tools, micrometers, calipers, etc.,

-Reverse part engineering as required

- CAD experience a plus.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
